Update

Just when I thought I would be back in the routine of blogging (and catching up with pictures), I've fallen behind once again. A week and a half ago, my grandfather passed away. He had been struggling with Parkinson's disease and had suffered some strokes recently, so his health was poor. My grandmother died almost 3 years ago, and he has been ready to go since that time. We were fortunate to have this extra time with him and are grateful he's moved on to a better place.

Michael and I both made the trip back to Nashville for the funeral, and I'm spending a couple more weeks here with family. School is going well for Michael as he is finishing his first semester project. He has a break during the whole month of February, and we are going to travel! We are both very excited about this upcoming adventure...not only will we see more of Europe, but I also get his undivided attention!

At this point, it almost seems like the time to post pictures from the holidays has passed, but I will share them anyway...just not yet. :)

    Angela,
So sorry to hear about your grandfather! I know it's never easy to lose someone you love! If you're still in town I'd love to see you and catch up!!

Hey girl! I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your grandfather. Like Kristin said, its never easy to lose someone you love and you are never completely prepared for it. The comfort of being a christian is knowing that they are waiting for us and we will one day see them again.

Have fun traveling and be careful!

I am so sorry to hear about your grandfather. It is such a bitter sweet thing because you miss him so much but yet he is so peaceful in the arms of Jesus! I recently lost my grandmother and it was really hard as well!
I hope ya'll are doing well. You need to post more pics!
